What do all of these acronyms mean???

Turn Around Time (TAT) – This means how much time is needed to create your item.  It does not include shipping.

Ready to Ship (RTS) – This is a tumbler that is designed and epoxied.  It is exactly as pictured in the listing.  If applicable, personalization can be added to the tumbler; however, that prolongs the processing time.  If personalization is not required, the tumbler will be examined and cleaned one last time before the packaging phase.  

Made to Order (MTO) – This is a tumbler that I have made before.  It doesn’t require me to design it from scratch as I already know what glitters and decals/images to use.  

Custom – This is where I bring your vision to life.  This requires more time for me to create due to designing, gathering new images, creating decals and choosing glitters that complement the overall design/look of your tumbler.
