Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing products, you are agreeing to:

1. Once your order has been placed, I will NOT allow any changes to be made.  This prevents me from making any mistakes and delaying your order.  Please do not inquire about your order through social media.  For a prompt response, I kindly ask that you email contactkreativecuts@gmail.com and include your order number in the Subject.
2. I do not send daily/regular order updates. However, you may always email contactkreativecuts@gmail.com if you have any questions.
3. CUSTOM orders will always take longer to complete.  Please allow 25 – 30 business days (5 – 6 weeks) if you’ve placed a custom order.
4. Because these items are custom and handmade, I do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges
5. To maximize the longevity of your tumbler please refer to the tumbler care card found within the shipping box.  I am not responsible for any damage due to improper care.

Ready to Ship (RTS): 3 – 5 business days (approx. 1 week)

Made to Order (MTO): 21 - 28 business days (approx. 3 – 4 weeks)

Custom: 25 – 30 business days (approx. 5 – 6 weeks)

Resin Letter Sets: 7 – 10 business days (approx. 1 – 2 weeks)

Dominos: 7 – 10 business days (approx. 1 – 2 weeks)

I Spy Discs: 14 – 21 business days (approx. 2 - 3 weeks)

Bookmarks: 7 – 10 business days (approx. 2 – 3 weeks)

Coasters: 7- 10 business days (approx. 1 – 2 weeks)

*Rush Fee: A rush fee does not mean I will rush the creating process, it means that you will be bumped to the top of the order’s list.*

I will try my best to ship out your order in the least amount of days possible. The above processing times are simply the time allotted to prepare your custom handmade product; and therefore, does not include shipping time.  

Please keep in mind that the processing times are an approximate time frame, and does not guarantee a specific date unless agreed upon.  If you need a product by a specific date, please contact me at contactkreativeuts@gmail.com to ensure that the required date is possible.  Once we have discussed, and agreed upon a date please select the rush fee of $30 within the listing.



All packages are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise discussed.  When your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email which will include a tracking number.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, in which you can use the provided tracking number to locate the whereabouts of your package.  

If you have not received your order after 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date (according to Canada Post) please contact the carrier directly.  I am not responsible for packages after it is in the hands of the carrier.  

In the unfortunate event  that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email me at contactkreativecuts@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery or filing your claim with the carrier.  Please include the following information: name, order number and pictures of the damaged item.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of these products, I do not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations.  All sales are FINAL.  However, please email at contactkreativecuts@gmail.com if you have any concerns.  I’ll be more than happy to help you!

Customs and Import Tax:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Kreative Cuts is not responsible for delays due to customs.  


Each tumbler is handmade with so much care and love.  No two cups are going to be the exact same and therefore, there may be some slight differences.  I always try my best to provide an almost perfect tumbler but due to the nature of these tumblers, minor imperfections (random specs of glitter) are unavoidable.
